1. Cuisine-Food(Material Noun-Neuter) a kind of traditional Assamese pitha. Made up of a mixture of dingori, jaggery and water. This mixture is deep fried in mustard oil. ডিঙৰি(ঘন চালনীৰে পিঠাগুৰি চালোতে নসৰকা খুদ চাউলতকৈয়ো সৰু চাউলৰ টুকুৰা)ৰ লগত গুৰ-পানী মিহলাই থুপথুপীয়া কৰি মিঠাতেলত ভজা গোল আকাৰৰ পিঠা৷
